Job summary

You will oversee contract administration across planning, design, bidding, construction and closeout phases to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The position requires knowledge of construction management, contract procedures and strong leadership to work with a diverse set of stakeholders on campus-wide upgrades.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction project management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with laws and regulations governing facility construction and renovations.
• Experience with contract procedures, bidding, and inspections.
