Job summary

STACK Infrastructure is seeking a Campus Program Manager to partner with the General Manager, Construction, and leadership teams on a large-scale multi-phase data center project. The role oversees daily operations, scheduling, and client-focused program delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate & Construction related to developers/owners/contractors or similar roles.
• Data Center and executive assistant experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• High proficiency with cloud-based MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage a broad range of campus leadership team responsibilities and complex schedules.
• Drive planning, coordination, and execution of client deliverables across full project lifecycle.
• Communicate with internal/external stakeholders, vendors, partners, and clients on behalf of campus leadership.
• Prepare project status presentations and materials for client/executive reviews.
• Organize meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and progress summaries.
