Job summary

The University of Utah is seeking a Special Initiatives Coordinator to manage Campus Connect and drive engagement across 700+ Recognized Student Organizations. You will work with campus partners to enable real-time engagement data tracking and program development.

You will train users, coordinate with a third-party vendor, and produce utilization reports while supervising student staff and supporting broader campus initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of related work experience.
• Ability to work independently, analyze information, and make decisions.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation and management of Campus Connect Platform and app.
• Collaborate with Student Affairs and UAIR to maintain engagement data.
• Promote Campus Connect and conduct outreach, meetings, and feasibility studies.
• Develop and deliver trainings for user adoption in person and online.
• Coordinate with Ready Education to resolve issues and expand features.
• Prepare reports on Campus Connect utilization and adoption.
• Supervise student staff supporting CampusConnect integration.
• Monitor and approve workflows like events, RSOs, surveys, etc.
• Manage equipment inventory for attendance tracking.
• Contribute to development of tracks, checklists, and badges.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
