Job summary

The University of Utah's Center for Community & Cultural Engagement (CCE) seeks a Senior Manager to develop strategies and goals for its programs and events, supervise full-time staff, and coordinate with volunteers and student staff across campus.

The role ensures that learning objectives are measured, oversees assessment tools, supports workshops, trainings and certificate programs, and maintains partnerships with campus and community partners to advance Strategy 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalency) + 8 years of directly related work experience.
• Master's degree (or equivalency) + 6 years of directly related work experience.
• Preferred areas of study: Business or Public Administration, Culture and Society, Education, Humanities; Master's in Education or related area.

Responsibilities

• Translate assessment priorities into actionable practice and align with strategic plans.
• Supervise managers, coordinators, graduate assistants, and student staff.
• Provide strategic oversight, guidance, and implementation support for programs and events.
• Develop and maintain systems and workflows for efficient program execution.
• Support and maintain relationships with campus and community partners.
