Job summary

Pensacola State College invites applications for the Director, Student Conduct. This senior role reports to the Dean of Students and leads the conduct office, ensuring fair adjudication of cases and adherence to policy.

The position collaborates with Public Safety, coordinates hearings and appeals, and oversees staff and training to uphold student rights and campus safety. Qualified candidates hold a master’s degree in an admin field (or bachelor’s with substantial relevant experience) and

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an administrative field plus 2 years in higher education
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 years in higher education
• Experience with student conduct and policy compliance preferred

Responsibilities

• Adjudicates student conduct cases following the Student Code of Conduct
• Maintains confidential conduct records and analyzes trends
• Oversees conduct hearing board and appeals coordination
• Collaborates with Public Safety/College Police while maintaining separation of roles
• Supports Title IX and Civil Rights compliance investigations as needed
• Leads training for faculty and staff on student rights and responsibilities
• Participates in the College Behavioral Intervention Team and related reporting
