• Provide excellent customer service at the Slane, Wanek, and Cottrell desks.
• Deliver packages, sweet treats, flowers, or any other items students may receive.
• Maintain concierge inventory, delivery, and birthday cards.
• Participate in projects assigned by staff.
• Drive golf carts throughout campus during big events or deliver flowers.
