Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools seeks a Community Education Site Coordinator to oversee Preschool, LKC, and KEEP programs. You will manage staff, schedules, enrollment, and compliance with licensing standards, while maintaining strong parent communication.

The role requires managing daily operations, evaluating staff, and ensuring safety policies. Experience in childcare and supervisory roles is essential, with proficiency in Office and data tracking tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid certification required.
• Negative TB test within 1 year.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a child care/preschool setting.
• Minimum 2 years of managerial/supervisory experience in childcare/preschool.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Community Education programs (Preschool, LKC, KEEP, Clubs, Vendors).
• Monitor enrollment for LKC, KEEP and Preschool.
• Serve as campus lead for Community Education programs and staff.
• Communicate program updates to staff and parents.
• Schedule staff to match enrollment and staffing ratios.
• Ensure safety, licensing, and health procedures are followed.
• Train Preschool staff and supervise hiring/remediation/dismissals.
