Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools seeks a dedicated LKC Coordinator to oversee the Legacy Kids Care program at the campus level. You’ll ensure daily activities are prepared, organized, and ready for students, coordinating with the campus Program Admin to deliver a high-quality program.

This 12-month role requires 2 years of experience with children in education, strong communication, attention to detail, and scheduling flexibility to work until 6pm as needed. Travel between campuses may occur.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience working with children in an education setting.
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve problems.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Flexible scheduling; must be able to work until 6pm as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Legacy Kids Care program.
• Coordinate with campus staff to ensure quality program and engage staff.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing staff development.
• Manage supplies, inventory, and scheduling across the program.
• Monitor attendance and enforce student ratios.
• Ensure safety, health, and policy compliance.
