Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a dedicated LKC Program Supervisor to oversee the Legacy Kids Care program at the campus level. You will ensure activities are prepared and ready when students arrive, and work closely with the campus Program Admin to maintain a high-quality program with engaged staff.

You will train new hires, manage staff schedules, track attendance, and support families with attendance and enrollment matters. This on-site role requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience working with children in an education setting.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Ability to solve problems and handle varied situations.
• Strong attention to detail and well organized.
• Flexibility with scheduling, including ability to work until 6pm as needed.
• Criminal history background check required.
• Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required for Arizona employees.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a valid IVP Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card at all times.
• Ability to lift objects up to 25 pounds on occasion.
• Local and in-state travel required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Legacy Kids Care program at the campus level.
• Ensure activities are prepared, organized and ready when students arrive.
• Coordinate with the campus Program Admin to maintain a consistent, quality program with effective and engaged staff.
• Conduct quarterly LKC staff meetings with the Program Admin.
• Train new hires and provide ongoing training for LKC staff.
• Inventory and order LKC supplies and snacks with appropriate approvals.
• Communicate with campus staff, the Program Admin, Community Education Department, and families regarding attendance and enrollment.
• Use Eleyo to check student contract status, pull rosters and run reports.
• Create and implement schedules including homework time, group rotations and activities.
• Monitor attendance and staffing to maintain required staff-to-student ratios.
• Manage discipline consistent with LTS policy and elevate concerns to the Program Administrator.
• Maintain the first aid kit and follow health and safety procedures.
• Implement Community Education Handbook policies and procedures.
• Advise the Program Administrator and Community Education Department on student services, staff concerns and program issues.
• Oversee student information including emergency contacts and medical needs.
• Ensure permission slips are signed and filed for movies and field trips.
• Manage staffing and staff schedules.
• Travel between campuses as required.
