Job summary

KinderCare Education is seeking a Teacher to support out-of-school time programs for elementary-age children on school grounds. You will lead, coach and mentor fellow teachers, implement the curriculum, and partner with parents to provide the best care and education.

The role emphasizes creating a safe, nurturing environment, collaborating with center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals, and building positive relationships with families, licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner and connect with parents to ensure the best care and education for children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff to achieve enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
