Job summary

Legacy Traditional Schools is seeking a Community Education Site Coordinator in Surprise, AZ to oversee Preschool, KEEP and LKC programs on campus. You will manage staff, monitor enrollment, and ensure licensing compliance while fostering positive relations with families and staff.

You will lead scheduling, training, safety procedures and ensure program fidelity to state requirements, working closely with administrators to support student success and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Must interact positively with students, parents, teachers and admins.
• Must be able to use MS Office, Google Drive and related data tools.
• Experience with child care/after school programs preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of Community Education (Preschool, KEEP, LKC, Clubs, Vendors).
• Monitors enrollment for LKC, KEEP and Preschool.
• Serve as campus lead for Community Education programs.
• Communicates program updates to staff and parents.
• Creates staff schedules maintaining required staff ratios.
• Trains Preschool staff and conducts annual reviews.
