Elior Independent School Dining is seeking a Campus Chef in Charlotte to supervise and participate in preparing meals for students and faculty at a prominent independent school. You will lead culinary operations, plan menus, and ensure high standards of service within a retail and catering setting.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, collaboration with district teams, and driving meals that meet nutritional and taste expectations in a school environment.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Previous experience working in high-end catering operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, and supervising culinary operations of retail and catering services.
• Planning menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutritional considerations.
• Conferring with district managers or other departments regarding daily aspects of dining service.
• Directing and coordinating the work of kitchen staff.
• Other tasks as assigned.
