Job summary

Elior Independent School Dining is seeking an experienced Campus Chef in Charlotte to lead and supervise culinary operations for students and faculty at Charlotte Country Day School. You will plan menus, oversee kitchen staff, and collaborate with district management to ensure high-quality dining experiences.

Ideal candidates bring certification from a recognized culinary program and at least three years in culinary management, with experience in high-end catering.

Qualifications

• Certification by a recognized culinary institution or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in culinary management.
• Experience in high-end catering operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise culinary operations for retail and catering services.
• Plan menus based on market trends, customer preferences, and nutrition.
• Coordinate with district managers and departments on daily dining service aspects.
• Direct and coordinate the work of kitchen staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
