Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Catering Team Lead on campus responsibilities on events across the university campus. The role involves guiding hourly associates, planning and executing catering events, and occasionally working independently at events to ensure smooth operations.

The position offers hourly compensation with benefits, and requires maintaining safety standards and certificate requirements. This is a hands-on role focused on guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Lifting ability up to 40 lbs frequently.
• Standing up to 7 hours at a time.
• Carrying/Pushing/Pulling up to 200 lbs frequently.
• Periodic repetitive motion with arms or hands.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers courteously and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages per catering contract and protocol.
• Load/unload event equipment and drive between campus locations.
• Set up rooms, service stations, and buffets for events.
• Prepare for events using contract and pull sheets.
