Job summary

Aramark Catering is seeking a Catering Service Worker Lead to supervise planning and execution of events at central and satellite locations, ensuring brand standards are met.

You will drive safety, lead staff coordination, and manage booking, costing, and pricing of menus while coordinating with internal departments and vendors. This role entails representing Aramark at client events and upholding sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years operational experience in a hotel/banquet setting.
• Prior experience with booking of events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops a safety culture with supervision of catering operations.
• Directly supervises staffing, equipment coordination, and event setup/breakdown.
• Booking events, selecting and costing menu items, and pricing as needed.
• Coordinates with internal departments; participates in management meetings; interfaces with vendors and client.
• Represents Aramark and the client at events; ensures sanitation and safety standards.
