Job summary

Villanova University is seeking a Catering Production and Events Manager for Cabrini Campus to coordinate, sell, and execute catering and event services for internal departments and external clients.

You will collaborate with culinary and production teams to plan event pull sheets, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality service while driving revenue growth and client satisfaction across campus events and conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering sales, event planning, or hospitality.
• Familiarity with event management software (CaterTrax, Tripleseat) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Relations: secure bookings, prepare proposals, and manage client meetings.
• Administrative: maintain payroll timecards and contracts as needed.
• Operations/Planning: create event pull sheets and manage logistics and timelines.
• Administrative & Financial: track contracts, payments, and invoices; support budgeting.
• Compliance & Engagement: ensure events meet policies and safety standards.
