Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or social/behavioral science or other science field.
• At least six months experience in community settings providing any type of case management, educational, or support services.
• A valid clinical license or certification may replace the degree if the applicant has at least three years' experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct group education sessions. 40%
• Provide case management services to enrolled participants. 20%
• Recruit participants for the grant program. 20%
• Conduct intake and follow-up interviews with recruited participants and document all activities and information collected.
