Qualifications

  • Enrollment at a Texas college/university for Fall 2027.
  • Commitment to the Texas Democrats' mission and values.
  • Strong time management and initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Access to a phone and laptop.
  • Ability to work with students and staff in person.

Responsibilities

  • Organize voter contact events on campus weekly.
  • Collaborate with campus organizations to recruit volunteers to hit voter contact goals.
  • Represent the campaign on campus to supporters, volunteers, and voters.
  • Maintain data integrity across voter contact events.
  • Develop creative organizing strategies on campus through digital and in-person tactics.
  • Provide regular, accurate reporting on voter contact, with emphasis on GOTV.
