Job summary

Marymount University in Arlington, VA is seeking an Energized Cook for Lola's Cafe to prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and cold items across meals.

This in-person role requires flexibility to work mornings/evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a strong focus on safety, HACCP compliance, and customer service. Qualifications

• AA or two-year degree preferred.
• Experience not required but encouraged.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must comply with dress code requirements.
• Excellent food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods that may require short preparation time.
• Reads orders and prepares according to instructions for a la carte service.
• Provides high-quality service to customers at all times.
• Operates kitchen equipment safely to measure, mix, and cook ingredients.
• Attends allergy and foodborne illness in-service training and HACCP procedures.
• Supports safety and risk management policies and procedures.
