• Education: AA or two-year equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience: Willingness to learn and grow.
• Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods with short prep times.
• May operate a grill station and serve customers at a la carte.
• Adheres to HACCP policies and safety procedures.
• Reads orders and prepares foods per instructions; maintains records.
