Job summary

SpaceX, represented by Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC, seeks a Student Business Development Team Lead for a part-time, campus-based role in Eugene, OR. You will conduct door-to-door outreach, drive lead generation, and engage with families to explore Starlink while supporting recruiting and team coordination.

Paid training, ongoing coaching, and a base hourly pay plus commissions are offered; referral bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• You are currently enrolled in school and can work 15–25 hours per week around your class schedule.
• You have a reliable personal vehicle, a valid driver's license, and a smartphone.
• You do not need prior sales experience; ambitious, coachable, able to meet new people.
• Experience in sales, fundraising, customer service, athletics, student orgs, or campus leadership is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory around campus and plan routes to find households for Starlink.
• Start conversations door-to-door and guide customers through ordering using your referral code.
• Engage in community events, partnerships, and local activities to raise awareness.
• Grow your network by turning conversations into referrals.
• Log activity and results in Mosaic's field app and report to your Regional Sales Manager.
