Qualifications

• 8 years of experience with steam systems, pressure vessels, and plumbing repairs.
• Experience with historic infrastructure and campus-scale systems.
• Candidate must reside within 1 hour of Lakewood, CO.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, start, stop, stage, and secure boilers and hydronic systems.
• Perform scheduled boiler-room rounds and maintain records.
• Support HVAC maintenance and repairs with on-site team and vendors.
• Inspect and repair domestic water systems, pumps, and plumbing circuits.
• Record readings, actions, and parts in the CMMS; update maintenance checklists.
• Coordinate with licensed contractors for complex work.
