Job summary

Communities In Schools of Central Texas is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead CIS services at Harvest Ridge Elementary School in Elgin, TX. This site-based role interfaces with school staff to integrate CIS programming with school activities and supports students and families to reach goals.

You will supervise staff and AmeriCorps members, coordinate services, and ensure culturally responsive approaches to support academic and non-academic barriers to student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field required; MSW preferred.
• Demonstrated English/Spanish speaking skills.
• Experience with crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.
• Group counseling and supportive guidance.
• Case management experience and working with school-age youth.

Responsibilities

• Program Administration: conduct needs assessments and inform program design.
• Campus Management: maintain relationships with campus personnel and referrals.
• Data Management/Evaluation: implement data systems to evaluate impact.
• Campus Team Management: hiring, onboarding, training, and supervision.
• Student Services: counseling, parental engagement, and case management.
