Job summary

Communities In Schools of Central Texas is seeking a full-time Program Manager to lead CIS services at Bailey Middle School in Austin, TX. The role requires coordinating school partnerships, engaging parents, and guiding staff to support students’ academic and personal goals.

The Program Manager will supervise team members, manage data and program evaluation, and foster collaboration with school personnel and the CIS network to reduce barriers to student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, or related field (MSW preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Experience with crisis intervention, assessments, and referrals.
• Group counseling and supportive guidance.
• Case management experience and ability to coordinate services.

Responsibilities

• Lead CIS services at Bailey Middle School as site-based leader.
• Integrate CIS programming with school activities to boost student outcomes.
• Oversee CIS staff, AmeriCorps members, interns, and volunteers on campus.
