Job summary

Dickinson College is seeking a Dining Services - Retail Operations team member to provide products and services to campus guests across retail locations. You will follow proper food handling techniques, deliver friendly service, and keep areas clean and well stocked.

You may train new staff, assist with various locations on campus, and help ensure accurate cash handling and adherence to HACCP and health regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of HACCP, health regulations and ServSafe standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide excellent dining service.
• Operate the POS register and handle payments.
• Prepare food according to recipes and maintain cold/hot line.
• Prepare non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist in training new staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of preparation and serving areas.
