Job summary

Dickinson College is seeking a part-time Retail Operations Attendant - Barista for the Carlisle campus. You will greet guests, prepare hot and cold menu items, and provide excellent customer service across all meal periods.

Assists with training new staff, maintains a clean, well-stocked unit, and follows HACCP, health, safety, and cash-handling procedures. This 9-month role supports campus events and daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a food service operation preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide dining experiences while delivering quality product.
• Prepare items using recipes and equipment, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Keep the unit stocked, clean, and organized for efficient service.
• Operate POS register and handle cash transactions.
• Assist in training retail staff as needed.
