Job summary

Dickinson College's Dining Services seeks reliable team members to support campus food service operations in a fast-paced environment. You will assist with daily kitchen and serving tasks, maintain cleanliness, and help prepare meals for students, faculty, and staff.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and follow safety procedures. Training provided; explore varied entry roles within dining services.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older and seeking high school age is acceptable.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Experience with food handling is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Be prepared to bend or kneel and use protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Take out trash, recyclables, or boxes as needed.
• Assist chefs/cooks with cleaning and preparation tasks.
• Clean tables, sinks, carts; sweep and mop floors in kitchen and serving areas.
• Assist in cleaning pot sinks, utensils, and storage areas.
• Stock serving lines and support food service operations as needed.
