Aztec Shops Ltd. on the SDSU campus is seeking a Full Time Campus Catering Banquet Cook to prepare and cook food per recipes under the direction of the Catering Chef and kitchen leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus 1 year in full production kitchen.
• Food Handler certificate from County of San Diego preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food products per recipes and standards.
• Reads prep sheets and event sheets.
• Maintain sanitation and safety per guidelines and policy.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment safely.
• Assist with inventory accuracy and records for production reports.
