Responsibilities

• Determine amount of breads and pastries to bake each day.

• Weigh and mix ingredients; prepare dough and bake a variety of baked goods.
• Operate baking equipment and machinery and service equipment as needed.
• Requisition supplies and supervise kitchen staff in baking and cleaning activities.
