Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a Baker at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College to prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and baked goods daily. The role is full-time and onsite, offering hands-on kitchen experience in a campus dining environment.

You will follow established recipes, maintain cleanliness of equipment, and manage ingredient orders and inventory. Previous retail bakery experience is a plus, and benefits are provided for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
