Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking an energetic baker to join our team at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. You will prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily, following recipes and keeping the kitchen clean and organized.

Must have experience with a variety of kitchen tools, basic math for inventory and ordering, and strong food-safety practices. Retail bakery experience is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
• Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce baked goods.
• Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
