Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience in AV/IT.
• Advanced knowledge using SCCM, Jamf Pro, and Google Admin Console.
• Strong troubleshooting and client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level AV/IT support for campus devices and networks.
• Coordinate event setup and teardown with AV Systems Architect and Facilities.
• Deploy computers, software, printers, and AV equipment campus-wide.
• Document troubleshooting steps and manage tickets in Jira.
