Job summary

• Ability to work with LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and VOIP on campus networks.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and in-shop inspection, installation, testing, and repair of AV and microcomputer devices.
• Provide timely end-user support to staff, faculty, and students.
• Coordinate work with Telecom, Network, and Support Specialists and document actions.
