Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a major campus in Madison, WI. The role involves relocation support and working with a team to prepare and support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training spaces, and a large 11,000-seat auditorium for live and virtual events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in AV production or related experience, familiarity with DSP platforms and AoIP/SDVoE protocols, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large campus.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system success for events both large and small.
• Collaborate with AV experts to create optimal settings for meetings, trainings, and events.
