Job summary

Epic, located on a campus just outside Madison, Wisconsin, seeks an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus with hundreds of rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. The role includes relocation assistance and hands-on support for events both live and virtual.

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor’s in audio/visual production or related experience and familiarity with Open Architecture DSP, AoIP, and SDVoE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus.
• Work with a team of AV experts to support events large and small, live and virtual.
• Provide hands‑on support to ensure system success.
• Oversee layout and integration of AV for over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
