Job summary

Epic is based on a large campus near Madison, Wisconsin, and the role requires relocation with reimbursement. As an AV Engineer, you will design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus venues, including over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.

You will join a team of AV experts to create ideal settings for events big and small, in person or virtual.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Relocation to the Madison, WI, area (reimbursed)
• COVID-19 vaccination

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across the campus.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure successful events and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with AV experts to layout new systems and optimize existing setups.
• Support large and small events, live and virtual, across 200+ conference rooms and 11,000-seat auditorium.
