Job summary

Epic, based near Madison, Wisconsin, is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems across a sprawling campus with over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium. You will join a team of AV experts delivering reliable solutions for live and virtual events.

Relocation to the Madison area is reimbursed, and Epic offers relocation assistance, annual raises and bonuses, employee stock grants, and a sabbatical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
• Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
• Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our campus.
• Support over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
• Provide hands-on support to ensure system success.
