Job summary

Epic is seeking an AV Engineer to design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for our Madison, WI campus. The role covers over 200 conference rooms, 70 training rooms, and an 11,000-seat auditorium, with hands-on support for events large and small.

You will work with AV experts to lay out new systems, train users, and ensure long-term success. The position requires relocation to the Madison area, and Epic provides relocation assistance as part of national

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in audio/visual production or related work experience.
  • Familiarity with Open Architecture DSP platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital AoIP (audio over IP) & SDVoE (video over ethernet) protocols & systems.
  • Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
  • COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, train, maintain, and operate sound, video, and control systems for a large corporate campus.
  • Support events both live and virtual, in spaces including conference rooms and an 11,000-seat auditorium.
  • Collaborate with AV team to ensure systems meet reliability and engagement goals.
