Responsibilities

• Evaluate reliability of AV systems and identify issues before they impact classes or events.
• Troubleshoot AV problems and coordinate repairs or vendor support.
• Provide technical support for University events and lead AV resources for high-profile events.
• Develop documentation and train team members on AV knowledge.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, event coordinators, and other departments to understand needs.
• Participate as a member of User Services and ITS teams; assist with other support tasks.
• Provide evening and weekend support for University events.
