Job summary

Saint Leo University seeks a Classroom Technology Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance classroom, AV, event, and collaboration technologies across campus. On-site role in St. Leo, FL, with emphasis on reliable access to technology for teaching, meetings, and events.

The successful candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting and customer service skills, with experience supporting Zoom and MS Teams and a commitment to delivering excellent technology support in higher education.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer service-oriented with ability to work with varied technical skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot classroom technology systems.
• Provide support for audiovisual equipment in classrooms and event spaces.
• Support video conferencing and collaboration technologies (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms).
• Maintain digital signage and assist with content scheduling.
• Prepare documentation, user guides, and provide customer-focused service.
