Job summary

Concorde in Memphis, TN seeks an Admissions Coordinator to serve as the campus subject matter expert for admissions processes and ensure accurate data management through staff training and support.

You will manage documentation collection, support inquiries through enrollment, and assist with front desk and event support as needed. The position offers comprehensive benefits and a path to growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Bachelor's Degree and Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of database management and data entry (required)
• Intermediate Microsoft Outlook and Excel skills (required)
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in CAMPUS VUE, Broadleaf and CRM (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Send daily emails: Financial Aid calendar, HESI schedules, and appointment updates
• Schedule campus and virtual HESI exams and manage related communications
• Generate and distribute timely, accurate reports
• Enter and maintain accurate data in Conext and CNex for inquiries, interviews, enrollment agreements, and status changes
• Process enrollments and track student documentation from interview through start date
