Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, service-focused or sales setting.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage interruptions while delivering within tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a member of a team and with other departments.
• Self-motivated, flexible, positive and solutions oriented.
• Strong communication and customer services skills; some sales ability encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Admissions Support – manage documents (electronic and paper) and ensure accuracy for enrollment.
• Maintain compliance with accreditation, state, federal and institutional standards.
• Support student outreach and assist with enrollment steps and appointments.
• Assist with student accounts, transfer credits, and financial aid processes.
• Build relationships with prospective and current students through listening and needs assessment.
• Represent Rasmussen University professionally to students, staff and constituents.
• Support campus events, orientations, and on-site activities with team.
• Collaborate with campus operations and other departments.
• Administrative/Front Desk tasks: assist invoices, opening/closing campus, calendar management, mail processing, front desk coverage.
• Other duties as requested.
