Job summary

Syracuse University’s iSchool seeks an Admissions Counselor to manage the full enrollment funnel for undergraduate and graduate programs. You will handle inquiries, outreach, and relationship-building with prospective students and families.

You will maintain Slate CRM data, analyze pipeline trends, and collaborate with central enrollment services to shape recruitment strategy. On-campus and off-campus programming, events, and visits are key parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Masters preferred in business, information systems, higher education, marketing, communications or related field.
• A valid driving license is required.
• The ability to obtain a passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment travel and virtual outreach for undergraduate and graduate audiences.
• Participate in on-campus and off-campus events such as open houses and information sessions.
• Deliver presentations to prospective students and families; represent the iSchool in recruitment activities.
• Design and facilitate specialized programming to highlight iSchool offerings at undergraduate and graduate levels.
