Qualifications

• Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manages an assigned recruitment territory and supports undergraduate enrollment goals through travel, outreach, application review, and yield activities.
• Represents the university through extensive professional recruitment travel, including high school visits, college fairs, and events; overnight travel is expected.
• Plans and conducts in-person and virtual recruitment programs and yield events for prospective students, families, counselors, and partners.
• Reviews applications, evaluates credentials, and makes admissions recommendations in line with policies.
• Provides responsive, student-centered service to prospects, applicants, and admitted students.
• Builds relationships with counselors, community organizations, and campus partners to support enrollment.
• Collaborates with academic departments and campus offices to create a coordinated recruitment experience.
• Leads targeted recruitment activities and special projects to advance enrollment goals.
• Uses Slate, PeopleSoft, and scheduling platforms to manage records and track applicants.
• Maintains recruitment data, prepares reports, and uses data to identify outreach opportunities.
