Job summary

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts in Concord, CA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to support the Admissions Advisor on campus. This on-site role involves reviewing applicant requirements, handling documentation, and performing administrative tasks to help enroll prospective students.

The coordinator will know each program offered to answer student questions and will participate in campus events and tours.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Organizational knowledge of educational institutions.
• Admissions experience or support preferred.
• Marketing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments and tours with prospective students.
• Follow up with students and manage documentation requirements.
• Collect and upload enrollment-related documents.
• Run CRM document reports to identify missing documents and communicate needs to Admissions Advisor.
• Ongoing outreach to prospective students to obtain missing documents and meet deadlines.
• Run daily financial reports to report registration payments to Admissions Advisor.
• Verify all documents are in student files and update program ranking spreadsheets.
• Assist with interview documentation for student interviews.
• Assist in student folder audits to ensure accuracy.
• Participate in community functions and campus events including graduation procedures.
