Job summary

ECPI University in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit prospective students for career programs at our Charlotte campus. You will serve as a recruiter, advisor and guide through the admissions journey, conducting interviews and campus tours to help applicants choose the best ECPI program for them.

Responsibilities include outbound outreach, appointment setting, and ensuring accurate enrollment paperwork and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of sales, marketing, public relations, recruitment or related field strongly preferred
• 2-3 years related experience in appointment setting, interviewing, relationship building, client services, follow-up
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to prospective students through outreach and follow-up
• Make outbound calls to prospective students
• Meet with potential students to explain program offerings and advise suitable programs
• Represent the university on and off campus to prospective students and families
• Attend admissions meetings and training sessions
• Accurately account for inquiries and admissions activity; complete daily reports
• Ensure enrollment paperwork is completed accurately and timely
• Keep reports current and accurate in university systems
• Adhere to ECPI policies and procedures and applicable laws
• Network and build relationships to generate referrals
• Work with other departments to ensure student satisfaction
• Assist in planning and implementing on-campus events and programs
