Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years of related IT experience.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Knowledge of desktop repair, software support, and basic networking.
• Experience with computer security and lab administration.
• Ability to multitask and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support for instructional technology and A/V systems.
• Install and maintain classroom, lab, and conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted instructional spaces.
• Support control panels, signal distribution, and conferencing systems.
• Assist with design and deployment of classroom technology solutions.
• Document configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
• Plan for technology deployments and lifecycle management.
• Assist with after-hours events as required.
