Job summary

Texas A&M University is seeking a Graduate Assistant - Non-Teaching to support the Center for Instructional Innovation & Technology Services on the Prairie View campus. The role involves assisting instructors and students in computer labs and related labs, and managing facilities such as the audio and podcast studios.

You will collaborate with undergraduate workers, configure AV setups, and perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
• Must be enrolled as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University (minimum of 9 credit hours during fall/spring and 6 in summer).
• Must be in good academic standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist instructors and/or students as needed during their time in our computer labs and other labs as required.
• Manage Panther CIC facilities, i.e. audio studio, podcast studio, checkout room.
• Work with undergraduate student workers on day-to-day duties.
• Configure A-V set for auditorium and/or smart classrooms.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an applicable field
