Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide workstation and software support, including installation, configuration, upgrades.
• Troubleshoot workstation, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support audio visual systems and teleconferencing technologies.
• Offer centralized technical support for campus and regional locations.
• Provide project estimates, status updates, and progress reports.
