Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years in Retail Sales.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction to department associates and executes merchandising directives.
• Staffs department with service-oriented associates; coordinates training and schedules.
• Maintains high level of customer service and resolves customer issues with GSM/DM/HR guidance.
• Executes pricing, UPC integrity and inventory control; maintains planograms.
• Assists in coordinating special events and building a productive team environment.
